Grade 13 Event
The 2026 Grade 13 event brought together 118 of Southwest Washington’s top construction, welding, and fabrication students with 63 local employers for a fast-paced day of networking and speed interviews.
Designed to connect skilled students with career opportunities after graduation, the event continues to strengthen the pipeline between education and the trades industry — helping employers discover the next generation of talent while giving students a direct path into high-demand careers.
Inspired by the success of previous years, Grade 13 is proving that workforce development starts long before graduation.
